Unsure if you qualify for an FHA license?

No need to worry…we are here to help you determine what obstacles may lay ahead for you in this process.  The Mortgage Licensing Group has found that many mortgage lenders and brokers are unsure if they should submit a license to HUD for fear that they may not qualify and then loose their non-refundable $1,000 application fee.

We will consult you in advance to assist you in making this determination.  For a nominal fee of $295 we will pre-qualify you and your company to help assist you in making that determination.  This includes having our preferred CPA firm, Nuttall & Company, Inc. - managed by Bruce Nuttall, review your financials if you believe this to be an area of weakness in your company.  Nuttall & Company have been in business for over 25 years and specialize in FHA audited financial statements.  If it is believed that you can qualify for a license we will apply the $295 towards your entire license application fee.

Moreover, if FHA is not right for you we offer nationwide licensing within our State Licensing division.  Cynthia McClure, Co-Founder/President of The Mortgage Licensing Group has over 10 years dedicated specifically to mortgage licensing.  There is not a license or a company structure that cannot be handled by our State Licensing division!  Cynthia does not believe in licensing companies without the true knowledge of understanding what a clients end goal might be.  Licensing can be an extremely costly process and it’s important to make sure you understand which license is right for you and the involvement it takes to maintain licenses.
